Naging panauhing pandangal si Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero sa pagdiriwang ng 11th Founding Anniversary ng Bureau of Customs-Port of Limay nitong nagdaang Biyernes.
Sa kanyang pagsasalita, binigyang diin ni Commissioner Guerrero ang kahalagahan ng pagkakaisa at pagtutulungan upang maabot ang hinahangad na target.
“I am counting on your commitment to the service and to our country, as we embark on the program of reformation, innovation, and transformation,” ayon kay Guerrero.
Sa panig ni District Collector Guillermo A. Francia ng Port of Limay, binigyang diin nito ang mga mahahalagang accomplishment ng puwerto na dahilan upang maabot ang kanilang monthly target para sa 17 magkakasunod na buwan.
“Thanks to the consistent and combined efforts of our port officials and employees, and of course of our stakeholders, that helped us achieve our goal and led us to where we are now,” ayon kay Francia.
Kasabay ng selebrasyon ay ang awarding ng top performing importers at Customs brokers para sa kanilang tulong sa revenue collection ng port.
Binigyan din ng pagkilala ang mga Customs officials at employees na naging malaking ambag kaya naabot ang target ng BOC-Port of Limay ang 17 magkakasunod na buwan.
Samantala, tinungo ni Guerrero kasama ni Collector Francia, ang Jetti Petroleum Plant at Petron Bataan Refinery para sa plant tour and familiarization.
