DINE-IN, SALON PWEDE NA ULIT

PINAPAYAGAN na ng pamahalaan ang dine-in operations sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ).

Pinapayagan na rin na mag-operate ang mga barbershop, beauty parlors, at iba pa sa 30% capacity sa MECQ.

Sa isang kalatas na ipinalabas ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, inaprubahan ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF), nitong Huwebes, ang rekomendasyon na payagan ang mga restaurant, eateries, commissaries, at iba pang food preparation establishments na ibalik na ang kanilang indoor dine-in services sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng MECQ sa inisyal na 10% venue o seating capacity.

Ang mga food preparation establishment, sa kabilang banda ay maaaring mag-operate ng kanilang indoor dine-in services “beyond this limitation,” sa kondisyong kailangan nilang mag-comply sa Joint Memorandum Circular No. 21-01 (s. 2021) o Safety Seal Certification Program.

Inaprubahan din ng IATF ang pagbabalik ng operasyon ng beauty salons, beauty parlors, barbershops at nail spas na may inisyal na 30% venue o seating capacity sa MECQ areas.

“Moreover, these establishments shall only provide services that can accommodate the wearing of face masks at all times by clients and service providers,” ayon kay Sec. Roque.

Ang ganitong personal care establishments, ay maaring mag-operate ng lampas sa limitasyon, “provided that they comply with Joint Memorandum Circular No. 21-01 (s.2021) or the Safety Seal Certification Program.”

Ang personal care establishments at serbisyo na hindi nabanggit ay hindi papayagan mag-operate. (CHRISTIAN DALE)
