“We urge the respondent police personnel to surrender—else the AFP, the PNP, and other agencies of government will vigorously search, find, and deliver them to court without delay to face trial for multiple murder,” ani Marine Major General Edgard Arevalo, AFP Spokesman and Spokesperson of Peace, Law Enforcement, Development, and Security (PLEDS) Cluster.

Ayon kay Mgen Arevalo, “The arrest and subsequent detention of the suspects is without bail indicating that the court considers that the evidence of their guilt is strong”.

Kinumpirma ni Atty. Honey Delgado, spokesperson ng Office of the Prosecutor General na inilabas nuong Huwebes ang kautusan ng korte sa pagpapaaresto kina: PSenior Master Sgt. Abdelzhimar Padjiri, Police Master Sgt. Hanie Baddiri, Police Senior Sgts. Iskandar Susulan, Ernisar Sappal at Admudzrin Hadjaruddin, Police Cpl. Sulki Andaki at Patrolmen Moh Nur Pasani, Alkajal Mandangan at Rajiv Putalan.

Matatandaang napatay sina Army officers Maj. Marvin Indammog, Cpt. Irwin Managuelod, Sgt. Jaime Velasco at Cpl.

Nahaharap ang siyam na pulis sa kasong four counts of murder at isang count “of planting of evidence.” (JESSE KABEL)
