“Actually, just recently, I told Lucy, ‘What about the idea of freezing our sperm cells and egg cells, just in case, one day, we want another baby?’

Paglilinaw ni Mayor Goma, “Ang ayaw lang niya kasi, doon sa idea na IVF, na if you want to bear a child, you have to fertilize at least mga 5 eggs.

“Tapos, pipiliin mo ‘yung pinakamalakas. Tapos, ika-cull mo na iyong maiiwan. Iyon ang ayaw niya.”

If ever, si Ma’am Lucy (who’s now 43) mismo ang magdadala ng baby sa kanyang sinapupunan.

“I’m sure she wants to carry it.

“Kasi, alam mo, ‘yung blood transfusion nga lang, coming from another person, meron kang mapi-pick up from that person.

“What more if the child grows in another person? So, a lot of the traits ng bata, makukuha niya from the surrogate.”

Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!”
