MAY plano ang Philippine SEA Games Organizing Committee (PHISGOC) na gamitin din ang online media para makakuha ng mas malawak na audience.

Ayon kay PHISGOC director for broadcast Pauline Ick,  balak nila na ipalabas din ang mga laro sa Facebook, YouTube at sa 30th SEA Games official website.

“We are still finalizing the sports for online. We are coordinating with the national sports associations (NSAs),” pahayag ni Ick.

May 57 sports ang naka-calendar sa 30th SEA Games na idaraos mula Nobyembre 30 hanggang Disyembre 11.

Tanging 11 sports lang ang bibigyan ng live coverage sa TV. Ito ay athletics, badminton, basketball, boxing, esports, football, gymnastics, sepak takraw, swimming, taekwondo at volleyball,

Maliban sa mga laro, pinakaaabangan rin ang opening ceremony sa Philippine Arena na tatampukan nina Fil-Am rapper, singer, producer at Black Eyed Peas member na si Apl.de.ap at Lea Salonga na gumanap sa lead role ng Miss Saigon. First-time na gagawin ang opening ceremony sa indoor stadium.

Samantala, halos tapos na ang mga pasilidad sa loob ng New Clark City (NCC) at lilipat na doon para mag-training ang athletics team sa Agosto 27.

Ang athletics stadium at aquatics center sa NCC ay dalawa sa mga venues na kabilang sa Clark cluster. Ang iba ay Clark Global City (obstacle course, pentanque at lawn bowls), Clark Parade Grounds (archery at rugby 7s), The Villages (baseball at softball), Royce Hotel (dance sport), Luisita (golf), Laus Group Events Center (kurash, judo at jiujitsu), Angeles University Foundation (arnis, sambo at wrestling) at DECA Wakeboard Park (wake boarding).

Nasa Subic cluster ang Kamana Resorts (canoe/kayak at traditional boat race), Travellers Hotel Rialto Function Room (chess), Subic Bay Exhibition and Convention Center (muay, pencak silat at table tennis), Subic Bay Boardwalk (triathlon, duathlon, open water swimming at modern pentathlon), Subic Yacht Club (sailing), Lighthouse Hotel Area (windsurfing), Subic Gym (sepak takraw), Subic Tennis Courts (beach handball at beach volleyball) at Triboa Bay/ACEA (rowing).

Matatagpuan sa Metro Manila ang venues ng badminton (Makati Coliseum); bowling (Filinvest Gameworx); basketball 5×5 (Mall of Asia Arena); basketball 3×3 at esports (Filoil Flying V Centre); boxing (Philippine International Convention Center Forum); kick boxing (Cuneta Astrodome); billiards (Manila Hotel Tent); men’s football (RMSC Football Stadium); gymnastics (RMSC Basketball Coliseum); weightlifting at taekwondo (Ninoy Aquino Stadium); lawn tennis at soft tennis (RMSC Tennis Center); squash (RMSC); ice hockey (SM Mall of Asia); ice skating (SM Mega Mall); fencing, karatedo at wushu (World Trade Center);  indoor volleyball (Philsports Multi-Purpose Arena) at obstacle course (UP).

Ang iba pang mga venues ay Miguel Romero Sports Club (polo); Tagaytay (cycling at skateboarding); Binan Football Stadium (men at women football); La Union (surfing); Vermosa Sports Hub (underwater hockey); netball (Sta. Rosa Sports Complex); floor ball at indoor hockey (LB Centro Mall and Convention Center at Muntinlupa Sports Complex).
