106 Navoteño nagtapos ng tech-voc courses

UMABOT sa 106 Navoteño ang naging kwalipikadong skilled workers kasunod ng pagtatapos nila ng technical-vocational education and training sa Navotas Vocational Training and Assessment (NAVOTAAS) Institute.

Sa nasabing bilang, 22 ang nagtapos ng Shielded Metal Arc Welding NC II; 24, Food and Beverage Services NC II; 23, Bread and Pastry Production NC II; anim, Tailoring NC II; at pito, Perform Manicure and Pedicure Leading to Beauty Care NC II.

“We congratulate all our graduates and commend them for taking the opportunity to upgrade their skills and improve their abilities. We will have more and numerous employment opportunities once our 343-hectare Tanza Airport Support Services have been completed,” ani Mayor Toby Tiangco.

“Visit our NavotaAs Hanapbuhay Center if you need assistance looking for jobs or starting your own business. We have various programs tailored to helping Navoteños secure gainful employment and sustainable livelihood,” dagdag ng alkalde.

“Aside from the free courses, eligible trainees can also avail of scholarships that provide allowances and tool kits.  We hope that more Navotenos will grab the opportunity to learn and benefit from these programs,” sabi ng mambabatas.

(ALAIN AJERO)
