Ipinagdiwang ng SM Development Corporation (SMDC) ang kanilang “20 years of excellence in real estate” na nagsimula noong Nobyembre 22 hanggang 24, 2024 na ginanap sa Music Hall, Ground Floor, Seaside Blvd., MOA, Pasay City.
Ipinakita sa mga panauhin pandangal ang ibat-ibang SMDC condo’s, maging ang ‘grand lobby and hotel-like lounges to the wide, open spaces, expansive amenities, commercial trips and the vibrant community that make SMDC living truly unique.’
Ang okasyon ay nag-alok ng kaganapan na isang kapana-panabik na pagkakataon upang maranasan ang mga inobasyon, kasaysayan, at hinaharap na pananaw ng SMDC sa pamamagitan ng mga interactive na walkthrough, nakaka-inspire na mga pag-uusap, star-studded na pagtatanghal, at mga eksklusibong deal.

Ang anibersaryo na ito ay minarkahan ang dalawang dekada ng pagbabago sa real estate landscape gamit ang sustainable at community-driven na mga solusyon sa pamumuhay.
Ang mga highlight ng kaganapan at iskedyul ay ang sumusunod:
Day 1- Friday, November 22. Morning (10:00 AM – 11:45 AM): Trade Show Opening Ceremonies. Ceremonial lock-and-key photo opportunity with SMDC executives and honorary guests, followed by a tour of exhibition booths for honorary guests and members of the media.
- Afternoon/Evening (12:00 NOON – 10:00 PM): Sponsors Presentations. Featured sponsos include BDO, Chinabank, Ace Hardware, The Body Shop, Good Stays, SM Arena, Our Home and SM Home.
Day 2- Saturday, Saturday, November 23. Morning/Early Afternoon (10:00 AM to 1:30 PM): Public Exhibition and Keynote. Public access to exhibition booths; keynote presentation by life coach Michael Yap (Build the Modern Filipino Lifestyle), followed by Q & A session and raffle.
- Afternoon (1:30PM to 7:00PM): Keynote and Activities. Keynote speech on invest by financial coach Chinkee Tan (Build Your Path to Wealth), followed by Q & A session and exciting activities from partners.
- Evening (7:00PM onwards): Live Entertainment. Cover band performance by MoonJive; MOA fireworks display and a performance by jazz bossa nova artist Sitti Navarro.
Day 3 -Sunday, November 24. Morning/Early Afternoon (10:00AM to 1:30PM): Public Exhibition and Keynote. Public access to exhibition booths; lifestye tips from motivated speaker Earl Beja Paolo, followed by a Q & A session.
- Afternoon (1:30PM to 7:00PM): Keynote and Activities. Keynote speech on personal development by motivational speaker and entrepreneur Ardy Roberto, followed by a Q & A session and fun activities from partners.
- Evening (P7:00PM onwards): Music and Magic. Cover band performance by Serenade Society; MOA fireworks display and a special performance by actress/singer/songwriter Nicole Asencio.
Ang SMDC ay residential arm ng SM Prime, isa sa Southeast Asia’s largest integrated property developers. Kilala rin bilang “Home of The Good Guys,” ang SMDC ay nakatuon sa pagbuo ng insklusibo at napapanatiling mga komunidad na nag-uugnay sa mga tao sa pag-unlad.
