Ang virtual meetings at interviews ay sa layunin ding masuri ang papel ng HRMD pati ang iba pang may kaugnayn sa ‘BOC offices at mabatid ang kanilang competency management, job profiling, HR planning; strategic integration of people in BOC strategy; training, competency development, performance management approaches, and professional development in port operations, both in seaports and airports; integrity questions as they relate to people development; and remuneration and benefits in the Bureau’.
