INISA-isa ng Malakanyang ang mga industriya na papayagan na sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng ECQ, Modified ECQ at GCQ.

Sinabi ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, sa lahat naman aniya ay pinapayagan ang tinatawag na Category I.

Ito, ani Sec. Roque ay ang agriculture; forestry and fisheries; manufacturing of essential goods gaya ng pagkain at beverages, hygiene, medicine and vitamins, medical products, pet food, feeds and fertilizers; hospitals, clinics, mga dermatological, dental, optometric and eye, ear, nose and throat; iyong essential retail, groceries, markets and drugstores.

Kasama rin ang laundry shops, food preparation and water refilling, takeout and delivery only; logistics service providers, cargo handling, warehousing, trucking and shipping line, at delivery services.

“Lahat po iyan allowed kahit ECQ, Modified ECQ, or GCQ – Category I,” ayon kay Sec. Roque.

Kasama rin aniya sa Category I ang utilities, power, energy, water, telecoms, aircon, water collection/supply; waste management, sewerage except ‘septic tank emptying but including pest control’, garbage collection; repair and installation of machinery and equipment; telecommunication companies; energy companies; gasoline stations; construction workers accredited ng DPWH ‘to work on facilities for healthcare and for risk reduction’; manufacturing companies at suppliers ng mga produkto na kailangan ng construction; and media establishments.

Ang kasama naman aniya sa Category II ay iyong may mga distinction.

Ang Category II ay iyong mga negosyo gaya ng beverage, alcoholic drinks; electrical machinery; wood products; furniture; non-metallic products; textiles; wearing apparels; tobacco products; paper and paper products; rubber and plastic products; coke and refined petroleum products; other non-metallic mineral products; computer; electronic; and optical products; electrical equipment; machinery and equipment; motor vehicles; trailers and semi-trailers; other transport equipment and others ay bawal sa ECQ.

Subalit sa Modified ECQ, ang mga nabanggit na industriya ay puwede na.

“At siyempre, dahil puwede na sila sa Modified ECQ, puwede rin sila sa GCQ,” aniya pa rin.

Ang semento at steel eh pupuwede naman sa ECQ pero kinakailangan 50% work from home, 50% work on site.

Sa Modified ECQ at sa GCQ ay pupuwede na aniya ang mga iyon; ang mining and quarrying pupuwede na aniya sa lahat ng sona; ang electronic commerce companies, pupuwede na aniya sa lahat ng quarantine; iyong postal, courier, and delivery service sa lahat ng quarantine areas ay puwede na; ang export-oriented companies ay pupuwede na rin; at ang real estate activities ay pupuwede lang sa ECQ at Modified ECQ ang leasing pero ang pagbebenta ay pupuwede lang sa GCQ areas.
