Kinilala ni General Estomo ang nadakip na kasapi ng communist terrorist group Communist Party of the Philippine-New People’s Army-National Democratic Front na si Jessie Rosales Dela Cruz alyas “Ka Jessie,” residente ng Brgy. Cabangrayan, Pio V. Corpus, Masbate.

Sinasabing si Dela Cruz ay isang hardcore member ng communist terrorist group at aktibong kasapi ng Larangan 2, Kilusang Partido 4 na kumikilos sa 3rd District ng Masbate Province, sa ilalim ng pamumuno ni Narciso Lape Hao alyas “Ka Manong”.
