HINIMOK ni dating Senador Antonio ‘Sonny’ Trillanes IV si Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., na payagang makapasok sa bansa ang mga imbestigador ng International Criminal Court (ICC) upang isailalim sa imbestigasyon si dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte, matapos umaming sangkot sa mga patayan sa Davao, noong siya pa ang alkalde doon.

Nauna rito, sa isang panayam sa telebisyon, personal na inamin ng dating pangulo na ginamit niya ang kanyang confidential at intelligence fund (CIF) para ipapatay ang mga drug pusher noong siya ay alkalde ng Davao.

“Ang intelligence fund, binili ko, pinapatay ko lahat, kaya ganoon ang Davao. ‘Yung mga kasama ni (inaudible), pina-tigok ko talaga. ‘Yun ang totoo,” pahayag pa ng dating pangulo, sa panayam sa telebisyon.

“We, the Magdalo group, are urging the Marcos administration to allow the ICC investigators into the country in order to make ex-president Rodrigo Duterte accountable for his crimes against humanity. This is in light of Mr. Duterte’s recent public admission that he used his Confidential/Intelligence funds to conduct extra-judicial killings on his constituents in Davao City when he was still its mayor,” nakasaad sa pahayag ng Magdalo Group, na pirmado ni Trillanes, na siyang national chairman nito.

Dagdag pa niya, “Being the original filers of the ICC case in 2017, we have witnessed and documented the barbaric actions of the past administration, as well as the trauma and hardships that the thousands of victims and their families have suffered. Truly, Justice is long overdue,”

Idinagdag pa ng dating senador na naisumite na niya ang naturang video clip ng dating pangulo sa ICC.

“We have submitted to the ICC this video wherein Duterte publicly admitted that he used the Confidential/Intelligence funds to conduct EJKs on his constituents in Davao city when he was still a mayor. This is truly an open-and-shut case,” dagdag pa ng dating senador.
