NABABAHALA si dating Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Atty. Salvador Panelo para sa administrasyon ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos dahil sa hindi niya direktang pagtugon sa ilang mahahalagang usapin.

Aniya, posibleng mabalewala ang muling pagbangon ng pangalan ng mga Marcos sa hindi pagpansin ni PBBM partikular sa akusasyon sa kanya hinggil sa droga.

“That’s why I’m seriously concerned with this president because, as I said in my previous articles, whether we like it or not, or whether he likes it or not, the issue on whether he is a drug taker or not, is such a paramount importance not only to the people of this country but to himself. Because when he won, he was able to resurrect the name of Marcos,” aniya.

Para kay Panelo, natubos ni PBBM ang pangalan ng kanyang pamilya noong kampanya at nabawi ang tiwala ng tao dahil sa UniTeam nila ni Vice President Sara Duterte.

“You gonna waste that if you do not resolve this issue of whether or not you are taking, or have taken drugs,” dagdag pa ni Panelo.

Ikinumpara pa niya si Marcos kay dating US Pres. Barack Obama na umaming gumamit ng droga ngunit hindi ito nakaapekto sa kanya bilang pangulong ng Estados Unidos.

“It’s better to admit it. The people will understand you. Because they will look…not look, you will be judged not on the basis of what you have taken before or even now but on the basis of what your are doing for the country, [if] you’re performing well, that’s nothing,” aniya pa.

Base sa pinakabagong resulta ng survey ng OCTA Research, bumaba ang trust at performance rating nina Marcos Jr. At VP Sara.

Ang survey, isinagawa mula Marso 24 hanggang 27, 2024, nagpapahiwatig na karamihan sa adult Filipinos ay patuloy na nagtitiwala (69%, -6) at aprubado (65%, -6) ang performance ni Pangulong Marcos sa first quarter ng taon.

Ang 69% trust rating ni Pangulong Marcos, ay mas mababa ng 6% kumpara sa 75% trust rating na natamo kasunod ng survey na isinagawa noong Disyembre 2023.

Makikita sa resulta ng survey sa iba’t ibang pangunahing lugar, ang trust rating ni Pangulong Marcos nito lamang March 2024 ay pumalo mula sa 48% hanggang 79%. Ang pinakamataas na trust rating ng Pangulo ay sa Balance Luzon (79%), habang ang pinakamababa na trust rating ay sa Mindanao (48%).

May kabuuang 1,200 lalaki at babae ang respondents sa survey na may edad 18 pataas. Mayroon itong ±3% margin of error sa 95% confidence level.

“Subnational estimates for the geographic areas covered in the survey have the following margins of error at a 95% confidence level: ±6% for Metro Manila, Balance Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao,” ayon sa ulat. (May dagdag na ulat si CHRISTIAN DALE)
