P11-M FOOD PRODUCTS, UKAY NASABAT NG BOC

UKAY NASABAT

Ang shipments ay may paglabag sa Sections 1400 at 1113 ng Customs Modernization and Tariff Act; RA 3720 o ang Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act; at RA 4653 o An Act to Safeguard the Health of the People and Maintain the Dignity of the Nation by Declaring it a National Policy to Prohibit the Commercial Importation of Textile Articles Commonly Known As Used Clothing and Rags.
