IDINISMIS ng  Commission on Elections (Comelec) 2nd division ang  isinampang election protest ni dating Pasig mayor Robert Eusebio laban sa nanalong  katunggali nito na si Mayor Vico Sotto.

Nabatid na unanimous ang naging desisyon ng Comelec 2nd division sa pagdismiss sa election protest ni Eusebio.

Nabigo ang kampo ni Eusebio na magbigay ng detalyadong impormasyon na magpapakita ng umanong dayaan, anomalya o iregularidad sa mga inirereklamo nitong presinto.

“With the above discussion the Commission (2nd division) finds the election protest to be insufficient in form and content as it failed to reflect a detailed specification of the acts or omissions complained of showing the electoral frauds, anomalies, or irregularities in the protested precints,” nakasaad sa order ng  Comelec 2nd division.

Ayon pa sa desisyon ng Comelec 2nd division, self serving at one sided ang mga sinumpaang salaysay ng mga supporter at poll watcher  na isinumite ni Eusebio bilang ebidensya ng sinasabi nitong dayaan umano.
