PATULOY na dumarami at nadaragdagan ang mga nag-eendorso sa tambalan nina presidential frontrunner Ferdinand ‘Bongbong’ Marcos Jr. at kanyang running-mate na si Inday Sara Duterte.

Ito ay matapos magpahayag ng suporta ang dalawampung alkalde sa Bulacan na ika-lima sa vote-rich province para sa May 9, 2022 elections.

Inilabas ng mga miyembro ng Mayors League Bulacan Chapter ang kanilang Manifesto of Support para sa kandidatura ng BBM- Sara UniTeam.

“We, the municipal mayors comprising the Mayor’s League Bulacan Chapter, express our full support to the Presidential and Vice Presidential bid of Uniteam candidates Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. and Mayor Inday Sara Duterte this coming 2022 National Elections,” ayon sa manifesto.

Ilan sa mga lumagda ay sina Eladio E. Gonzales ng Balagtas, Ferdinand V. Estrella ng Baliuag, Jose Santiago Jr. ng Bocaue, Vergel Meneses ng Bulakan, Francis Albert Juan ng Bustos, Ambrosio C. Cruz, Jr. ng Guiguinto, Ricardo Silvestre ng Marilao, Mary Ann P. Marcos ng Paombong, at Roderick Tiongson ng San Miguel.

Kasama rin sina Cipriano D. Violago, Jr. ng San Rafael, Leonardo De Leon ng Angat, Jessie P. De Jesus ng Calumpit, Raulito Manlapaz ng Hagonoy, Edwin C. Santos ng Obando, Anastacia Vistan ng Plaridel, Russel G. Pleyto ng Sta. Maria, Linabelle Villarica ng Meycauayan City, at Arthur Robes ng San Jose del Monte City.

Nilagdaan naman ng mga kinatawan nina Pandi Mayor Cris Castro at Malolos City Mayor Christian Natividad ang manifesto sa kanilang ngalan.

“We collectively believe that Mr. Bongbong Marcos and Mayor Sara Duterte is the tandem our country needs to unite our people and to bounce back as a nation. As local elected officials who are mandated to look after the welfare of our people, we have faith that the UniTeam will deliver the much-needed support to our localities,” ayon pa sa isang bahagi ng manifesto.

Nauna nang pinahayag ni incumbent Bulacan Vice-Governor Wilhelmino Sy Alvarado na kumpiyansa siyang si Marcos ang muling mananalo sa kanilang lalawigan na ayon sa tala ng Comelec ay may 2,007,523 registered voters.

Noong 2016 ay nakakuha si Marcos ng 42.50 percent o 556,480 na boto laban kay Leni Robredo na nakakuha lamang ng 190,401 na boto.

“At this pivotal point of history, we manifest our full support to the candidacy of Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. and Mayor Sara Duterte and the vision their leadership carry,” ayon sa huling bahagi ng manifesto.
