MAGLALABAS ang Department of Justice ( DoJ) ng ‘immigration lookout bulletin order’ laban kay dating Presidential adviser Michael Yang upang mabantayan ang galaw nito sakaling lumabas ng bansa.

“As requested, the DoJ will issue an immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) on the person of Michael Yang, also known as Yang Hong Ming,” pahayag ni Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra.

Paglilinaw ng kalihim, ang ILBO ay hindi katulad ng hold departure order (HDO) na maaaring hadlangan ang paglabas sa bansa ng sinomang indibidwal.

Una nang inilagay sa ILBO sina dating Budget Undersecretary Lloyd Christopher Lao, Atty. Warren Rex Liong, Twinkle Dargani, Huang Tzu Yen, Krizle Grace Mago, Justine Garado, Linconn Ong, at Mohit Dargani matapos hilingin ni Senate President Vicente Sotto III.

Si Lao ang itinuturong ‘in charge’ sa maanomalya umanong ‘procurement contracts’ sa pagitan ng Pharmally na kontrolado ng mga Tsinong negosyante habang si Lao ay dating director ng Department of Budget and Management-Procurement Service. (RENE CRISOSTOMO)
