PATIENCE

Ang definition ng patience sa Cambridge dictionary ay “the ability to wait, or to continue doing something despite difficulties, or to suffer without complaining or becoming annoyed”.

The Bible mentions ‘patience’ over 60 times. In the biblical context, patience involves steadfast endurance, long-suffering, and the willingness to wait faithfully without anger or despair.

Christians must continue waiting and hoping for the best. Isaiah 45:23 – “When I make promise, that promise is true. It will happen”. Isaiah 60:22 – “At the right time, I the Lord, will make it happen”.

After 25 years natupad at nagkaanak sila – si Isaac. Our Lord until is patient sa mga tao na magbalik-loob, just to mention a few.

Kabayan, are you still waiting for something or being impatient? Just learn how to be patient. Romans 12:12, “Be happy because of the hope you have, be patient when you have trouble and pray all the time”.

James 5:7-8, “Be patient, therefore, brothers, until the coming of the Lord. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth, being patient about it, until it receives the early and late rains. You also, be patient. Establish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is at hand”. Ephesians 3:20 – “I will give you more than you asked for. Be patient and trust me”.

In conclusion, being patient, we must wholly depend on God and no other option except to wait for Him to fulfill His Word. We trust God that he will in his time and his way fulfill every promise that is made to us. Our Lord God is still waiting for you patiently to accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior!
