HINDI kasama sa mga dapat na inaaresto ang murder convict na si Rolito Go.

Ayon kay Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra, hindi sakop sa mga pinapasuko si Go dahil hindi ito kasama sa  good conduct time allowance (GCTA) law.

“If I recall correctly, he was freed because of commutation of sentence. I don’t think it was because of good conduct time allowance alone,” sabi ni Guevarra.

Nagpunta ang mga pulis sa bahay ni Go dahil nasa listahan siya ng convicts na kasama umano sa dapat na arestuhin nang mapaso ang deadline ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.

Hindi naman nakita si Go sa kanyang bahay.

Nilinaw ni Guevarra na commuted at naisilbi na ang jail term ni Go.

“That’s why he’s already out and he should not be included here anymore. He is not supposed to be one of those convicted of heinous crimes who were prematurely released on account of GCTA,” sinabi nito

Naunang ipinatigil ng DOJ ang pag-aresto sa mga pugante dahil may mali daw sa listahan na hawak ng Bucor.
