PASOK na sa Junior World Figure Skating Championship si Filipino-American figure skater Sofia Frank makaraan ang impresibong performance sa 2021 Santa Claus Cup sa Budapest, Hungary.
Nag-qualify ang 16-year-old Fil-Am sa Junior World Championship women’s event nang makapagtala ng kabuuang 142.91 points.
Tumapos si Frank sa 13th place mula sa 42 figure skaters matapos makakuha ng 42.97 iskor sa short program at 99.94 sa free skate.
Malugod namang binati si Frank ng Philippine Skating Union via Facebook: “It’s been 8 long years since the Philippines has sent a female figure skater to the Jr. World Championships. Congratulations Sofia Frank! You make the Philippines proud!”
