Ayon kay AFP chief of staff, Gen.

“President Marcos Jr. gave the order to help our countrymen who were affected by the earthquake in Davao. So right away, our troops deployed,” pahayag ni Gen.

“They are ready to do rescue and retrieval operations. They are also assisting the Office of Civil Defense (OCD) in the assessment of the damage caused by the earthquake.”

“The PNP is working closely with the Provincial and City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Offices (PDRRMO/CDRRMO) to support disaster response and provide assistance to those in need. The public is advised to stay calm, follow safety guidelines, and avoid damaged structures while keeping updated through official announcements,” panawagan ni Gen. Nartatez.

“The PNP remains fully committed to helping affected communities and ensuring the safety and security of all residents during this critical time,” sabi pa ng heneral.
