PINAPAYAGAN na ang mga menor de edad at mga fully vaccinated individuals na mahigit 65 taong gulang na mag-point-to-point interzonal travel mula National Capital Region papunta sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng general community quarantine at modified GCQ.
Sinabi ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque na ito ang probisyon na inilagay ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) sa guidelines na may kaugnayan sa pilot implementation ng Alert Level System for COVID-19 response sa Kalakhang Maynila.
Ang mga sumusunod na pinapayagan para sa point-to-point interzonal travel sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng GCQ o MGCQ ay ang mga kabataan na 18 taon pababa, fully vaccinated individuals na mahigit 65 taong gulang, fully vaccinated individuals na may immunodeficiencies, comorbidities o iba pang health risks; at fully vaccinated na buntis.
“Still, the travel should be subjected to the guidelines and strict health protocols as may be prescribed by the Department of Tourism and the reasonable regulations of the LGU of destination,” ayon kay Sec. Roque.
Samantala, nagdesisyon naman ang IATF na palawigin ang pilot implementation ng Alert Level System sa NCR hanggang Oktubre 15.
Ang pagpapaluwag sa interzonal travel ay ipinatupad dahil nakatakdang magsimula ang pilot rollout ng pagbabakuna sa mga kabataan na may edad 12 hanggang 17 sa Oktubre 15. (CHRISTIAN DALE)
