NABABAHALA si Bayan Muna party-list Rep-elect Ferdinand Gaite dahil mistulang mayroon umanong “de facto military junta sa Duterte administration” dahil mahigit 60 na dating militar at pulis  ang itinalaga na nito sa iba’t ibang posisyon sa gobyerno.

“This type of management style has made a truly de facto military junta of the Duterte administration and reflects on how they run government services which is way below par,” ani Gaite.

Malinaw aniya ang papatinding  militarisasyon sa sibilyang burukrasya sa ilalim ng panumuno ni Duterte dahil sa dami ng militar na kanyang binigyan ng posisyon na ang iba ay critical position pa.

“Now the impending appointment of retired Gen. Ricardo Morales to head Philhealth from being appointed to the board of the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System (MWSS) shows that the civilian bureaucracy is being used by the Duterte administration as a reward or bribe to former military officers to be loyal to Pres. Duterte,” ayon pa kay Gaite.
