ISANG dance instructor na itinuturing na kabilang sa Sorsogon provincial most wanted persons ang arestado ng PNP-PRO5 dahil sa kasong 5 counts ng rape sa ikinasang law enforcement operation ng Sorsogon Police Provincial Office nitong Biyernes.

Ayon sa report na isinumite kay PNP-PRO5 Regional Director Jonnel C. Estomo, kinilala ang suspek na si Rodel Gratela Bonos, 48, may asawa at naninirahan sa Purok 2, Brgy. Piot, West District, Sorsogon City.

Ayon kay PNP-PRO5 Public Information Officer P/Major Malou Calubaquib, bandang alas-8:50 ng umaga nang isinagawa ang manhunt operation sa Purok 2, Brgy. Piot sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Judge Zach Zaragoza Ziga, ng RTC Branch 51, Sorsogon City.

“Personnel of this station served/implemented a warrant of arrest against the aforesaid accused for violation of RA 8353 ‘anti-rape law’ (5 counts) and violation of RA 7610 ‘anti-child abuse law,’ docketed under CC number 2021-1987c, 2021-1988c, 2021-1989c, 2021-1990c, 2021-1991c and 2021-1199c with no bail recommended,” ayon sa ulat ng Sorsogon PNP.

Agad na isinailalim sa medical examination ang suspek na pansamantalang nakadetine sa Sorsogon City Police Station para sa kaukulang dokumentasyon at pagbabalik ng warrant of arrest sa nag-isyung korte. (JESSE KABEL)
