NADAKIP ng mga operatiba ng Zambales PNP ang isang notoryus na drug personality na itinuturing na no. 4 most wanted person ng lalawigan, sa inilunsad na law enforcement operation sa Diokno Blvd., Brgy. 76, Zone 10, Pasay City.

Ayon kay Zambales Provincial Police Office chief, P/Col. Romano V. Cardiño, nadakip ng kanyang mga tauhan ang suspek na si Joel Recolosado Arbiso, na may nakabinbing warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Hon. Marifi P. Chua, presiding judge ng RTC Branch 70, 3rd Judicial Region, Iba, Zambales, na may petsang Oktubre 21, 2020.

Si Arbiso na tinaguriang most wanted drug personality ng Sta, Cruz, Zambales, ay nahaharap sa kasong paglabag sa Section 5 ng RA 9165, o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

Natunton ang suspek ng mga operatiba ng Zambales Regional Intelligence Unit 3, Provincial Intelligence Team, sa lungsod ng Pasay kaya mabilis silang nakipag-ugnayan sa Sta. Cruz MPS at Pasay City Police Office, NCRPO para sa ikinasang law enforcement operation.

Ayon kay Col. Cardiño, “The continuous accounting of wanted persons in Zambales area and nearby cities reduces the number of criminals through intelligence driven effort of this PPO in coordination with the local authorities and cooperation with the community in the area who are concerned of the raising proliferation of lawless elements that provided vital information that led to the eventual arrest of the accused at Brgy. 76, Diokno Blvd., Zone 10, Pasay City”.

Pansamantalang inilagay sa kustodiya ng Sta. Cruz MPS ang suspek kaugnay sa booking and documentation process para sa pagbabalik ng warrant of arrest sa issuing court, at commitment order. (JESSE KABEL)
