TATLONG “Jumper boys” at anim na “Wiper boys” ang nalambat ng mga tauhan ng Manila Police District sa sunod-sunod na operasyon sa Tondo at Sampaloc, Manila.

Isinagawa ang operasyon ayon sa direktiba ni Manila Police District Director, Police Brigadier General Andre Perez Dizon, sa kanyang 14 station commanders na sugpuin ang ilegal na mga aktibidad ng “Jumper boys” at “Wiper boys” na karamihan ay mga menor de edad.

Isinagawa ang operasyon mula Setyembre 28 hanggang Oktubre 1, nagresulta sa nakumpiskang mga baril at patalim. Sinampahan ang mga ito ng iba’t ibang kaso.

Ang mga nadakip ay dinala sa Manila Department of Social Welfare at Fugoso Sports Complex sa Delpan, Tondo, Manila.

“This would be a stern warning to those who violate the law. Rest assured that we will not stop here, we reaffirm our commitment to maintain peace and order of this City and further step up our campaign against criminality, while rescuing minors from getting involved in illegal activities,” pahayag ni General Dizon.
