Alagang Globe Provides Continuous Support and Connectivity After Typhoon Uwan

Globe is standing with communities across Luzon during Typhoon Uwan, providing continuous support, relief, and connectivity. In partnership with local government units and humanitarian organizations, Globe ensures that families can recover, reconnect, and receive the care they need as conditions stabilize.

Restoring Connectivity Across Luzon

Globe is steadily restoring network services back across Luzon to help communities stay connected. In North Luzon, 100% network availability has been achieved in Cagayan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Benguet, Zambales, Apayao, Nueva Ecija, Ilocos Norte, and Bulacan, with 88.48% of the overall network restored and ongoing work in Abra, Ilocos Sur, Isabela, Quirino, Nueva Vizcaya, Ifugao, La Union, Pangasinan, and Bataan.

In South Luzon, full service has been restored in Batangas, Masbate, Cavite, Occidental Mindoro, Laguna, Romblon, Oriental Mindoro, and Marinduque, with 90.41% of the network availability and continued restoration in Aurora, Quezon, Albay, Catanduanes, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Biliran, Eastern Samar, Leyte, Northern Samar, Southern Leyte, and Western Samar.

Delivering Relief to Families
Through Ayala Foundation Inc. (AFI) and Brigadang Ayala, Globe is distributing food packs and essential supplies to communities in Rosario, Northern Samar, and Sangay, Camarines Sur, with deliveries scheduled for November 14.

In partnership with Rise Against Hunger Philippines (RAH), Globe is extending life-saving assistance to families across Luzon. Customers can also contribute by donating Globe Rewards points via the Globe One App, helping reach more communities in need. Recent efforts have already delivered 600 food packs to 200 families in Ilocos Norte and Cagayan, with additional relief underway.

Supporting Customers Every Step of the Way
Globe continues to provide support for customers in typhoon-affected areas by offering free call, text, and data services for Globe Prepaid and TM subscribers, extending payment deadlines for Globe Postpaid and GFiber accounts, and providing free data allocations for Globe At Home Prepaid WiFi users. Customers can also use Globe Rewards and GCash to support on-ground relief partners delivering essential aid to families across Luzon.
