SA kanyang Twitter account, inilabas ng Filipino-British actress na si Bela Padilla ang kanyang reklamo sa driver ng nasakyang Grab taxi noong Biyernes. “Rode Grab today and the driver announced on the Grab radio where I live. Hello (Grab)! This can’t possibly be right,” tweet ni Bela.

Violation ito ng privacy policy ng kumpanya at ito ay ipinagbabawal ng batas.

Nag-reply naman agad ang Grab at sinabing iimbistigahan nila ito: “Hi, Bela! We’re sorry to hear about your experience. This incident shouldn’t have happened since we value every passengers’ safety and privacy. We sent you a DM to help move our investigation forward.”
