“It is thus, insufficient to establish proof of any unlawful act or omission,” ayon pa sa dokumentong nilagdaan ni Ombudsman Samuel Martires base sa rekomendasyon nina Lucielo Ramirez at Bonifacio mandrilla na kapwa miyembro ng Special Panel of Investigators.

“Wherefore, the DOJ (Department of Justice) recommendation to indict Police General Oscar Albayalde is hereby set aside. The charges against him are hereby dismissed for insufficient evidence,” saad pa ng kalatas ni Martires.

“On behalf of my family, I would like to extend my gratitude to all the people who have supported us through these trying times.

It has been especially hard on my children who were immensely hurt by these false accusations.

The decision of the Department of Justice and the Office of the Ombudsman is a concrete validation of what I’ve always insisted, that these personal attacks were baseless and without evidence. As I have maintained since the beginning, I have placed my full trust in our justice system, and thankfully the truth has prevailed.” (RENE CRISOSTOMO)
