PINAGPIPIYESTAHAN sa social media ang video clip ng interview ng ABC News Australia kay Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr. matapos itong gisahin ng Australian journalist and reporter na si Sarah Ferguson.

Sa panayam ni Ferguson ng ABC o Australian Broadcasting Corporation, dinikdik nito si Marcos sa iba’t ibang isyu kabilang na ang mga kontrobersya sa panahon ng kanyang amang si diktador Marcos Sr.

Sa bahagi ng panayam, tila ikinagulat ni Ferguson ang reaksyon ni Marcos na natatawa sa tanong ukol sa korupsyon ng panahon ng diktadurya sa Pilipinas.

SF: May I just ask you why that is funny?

BBM: Why that?

SF: Why that is funny. I’m asking you a question about the plundering of large sums of money from the Filipino people…

BBM: No. I’m thinking that that maintains, that idea maintains because I take exception to many many of the assertions that have been made.
And I think we have been, we have since the cases were filed, the government fell. Cases were filed against me, my family, the estate etc and up to now we have, the assertions that were made, we have been shown to be untrue.

Agad umani ng reaksyon sa mga nakapanood na Pinoy ang inasal ni Marcos. May mga pumuna at sinabing nangatal si Marcos sa hindi inaasahang mga tanong.

Pinansin din nila ang pautal-utal at hindi malinaw na pananalita ng Pangulo na dati nang pintas sa kanya noon pa mang kampanya.

Para sa marami, kahiya-hiya na batid sa buong mundo ang korupsyong kinasangkutan ng pamilya Marcos.

BBM was shocked about the interviewers posed on him questioning his family involvement in plundering the country coffers, he can’t articulate, he mumbled laughing, mocking the interviewers and got defensive at times.
