INANUNSYO ni Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Director, P/BGen. Antonio C. Yarra ang pagkakaaresto sa no. 6 provincial level most wanted person ng Camarines Sur at nakalista bilang no. 1 most wanted person sa Libmanan Municipal Police Station, sa isinagawang pinagsamang operasyon ng mga operatiba ng Project 6 Police Station (PS-15) at Libmanan Municipal Police Station, sa pamumuno ni P/Lt. Col. Jonathan S. Alayan, sa Quezon City kahapon.

Kinilala ni P/Lt. Col. Michael DG Bautista, station commander ng PS-15, ang akusadong si Albert Abay, 40-anyos, residente ng Sitio Tumanan, Brgy. Sigamot, Libmanan, Camarines Sur, naaresto dakong alas-5:40 ng hapon noong Disyembre 6, 2021 sa Masbate St., Bago Bantay, Brgy. Ramon Magsaysay, Quezon City.

Si Abay ay may nakabinbing warrant of arrest para sa special complex crime na robbery with rape, na inisyu ni Judge Irma Isidora Boncodin-Zamundo ng Branch 57, Regional Trial Court, Libmanan, Camarines Sur, at walang inirekomendang piyansa.
