NAKATAKDANG  isapubliko ng Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) sa Agosto 30 ang final resolution nito sa kanilang imbestigasyon sa pagkamatay ng beteranong aktor na si Eddie Garcia habang nagsu-shooting para sa isang teleserye ng GMA Network na ngayon ay na-shelve na.

Inutusan din ng DOLE ang GMA na isumite sa kanila ang listahan ng lahat ng location shoots para sa mga teleserye nito para maisama ito sa inspeksyon.

“There was lack of compliance with the requirement that in every activity there should be a safety officer. They didn’t have one. Otherwise, Eddie Garcia would not have died,” sinabi ni Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III last week.
