Ipinarating ni Bureau of Customs (BOC) Commissioner Rey Leonardo Guerrero ang kanyang mensahe sa BOC personnel, stakeholders at partners sa ika-119th Founding Anniversary ng Bureau of Customs noong Pebrero 9, 2021.

Ang bahagi ng pananalita ni Guerrero, “As the Bureau of Customs marks another year in its long and dedicated history, allow me first to acknowledge the exemplary performance of each and every member of the Bureau of Customs. Your dedication and commitment in the last year, during a time of unprecedented circumstances, made it possible for us to achieve our goals and sustain our momentum for reform and transformation.

“We are most grateful to all our partners and stakeholders who have been both supportive and vigilant, ­making sure that we lived up to our mandate and improved as necessary. The guidance of our President Rodrigo Roa Duterte and the leadership of the Department of Finance under ­Secretary Carlos G Dominguez are the pillars by which the BOC have been able to perform and transform.
“Our appreciation is best expressed in better performance and stronger results in the days ahead.”

Ang selebrasyon ng ­anibersaryo ay may temang: “Makabagong Aduana, Matatag na Ekonomiya”.
