PORMAL nang nanumpa si Atty. Joseph Sagandoy bilang deputy legal counsel ni Pangulong Ferdinand Marcos Jr.

Joseph Sagandoy as Deputy Presidential Legal Counsel in a ceremony at the Reception Hall in Malacañan Palace on August 2, 2022,” ayon sa Radio Television Malacañang (RTVM) Facebook page.

Nakamit ni Sagandoy ang Bachelor of Laws degree mula sa University of the Philippines noong 1997 at Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management noong 1992 sa UP pa rin.
Natanggap naman siya sa Philippine Bar noong 1997.

Nagsilbi rin siya bilang abogado ni Enrile at dating chief information officer at secretary ng Uniwide Holdings, Inc.

Bukod kay Sagandoy, nanumpa rin sa harap ni Pangulong Marcos sina Atty. Marforth Fua, Rogel Gatchalian, Hubert Dominic Guevara, James Jayson Jorvina, at Edwardson Ong bilang assistant presidential legal counsels.

Samantala, sa nasabi pa ring araw, tinanggap ni Pangulong Marcos si outgoing Ambassador of the Kingdom of Spain to the Philippines Jorge Moragas Sanchez, sa kanyang farewell call sa Music Room sa Malacañan Palace.

Si Moragas, isang half-Filipino, ay nagsimula sa kanyang diplomatic post sa bansa noong 2018. (CHRISTIAN DALE)
