Philippines (IBBY-PH) awarded na winners of the First-ever Severino Reyes Medal. “Moymoy Lulumboy: Ang Batang Aswang “was the Best Young Adult Book written by Segundo Matias Jr,illustrated by Jomike Tejido at was published by Lampara Publishing House, Inc. The heirs of Severino Reyes also attended the awarding held at National Library to provide guidance and support.
