Ayon sa police report na hawak ni P/Brig. General Estomo, nahuli ng kanyang mga tauhan si Zynel Sanchez Valencia, ng Brgy. Ilaya, sa bayan ng Balud, itinuturing na Masbate top 4 most wanted person dahil sa kasong panggagahasa.
“It seems impossible until it’s done,” ani Gen. Estomo nang madakip naman ng Masbate PNP ang top 6 most wanted person dahil sa kasong murder na kinilalang si Lemar Rubis y Ombas ng Brgy. Tagpu, Mandaon, Masbate.
Si Rubis ay nadakip ng mga tauhan ng PRO5 Masbate PPO sa pamumuno ni P/Col. Joriz A. Cantoria, sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Presiding Judge Mary Flor D. Tabigue-Logarta, ng RTC Branch 44, 5th Judicial Region, Masbate City.
Kasong pagpatay rin ang kinahaharap ng Albay most wanted person na kinilalang si Ruben Trapalgar y Murillo alyas “Bobby” ng Purok 4, Brgy. Upper Pinaric, Legazpi City, nang madakip ng mga operatiba ng PRO5 Albay PPO, sa pamumuno ni P/Col. Arnold Santiago, sa Bitano, Legazpi City.
“The safety of our people is our top priority,” ani Gen. Estomo nang ihayag nito ang pagkakadakip sa Camarines Sur top 3 most wanted person in municipal level na si Nestor Bardonado y Manlagui alyas Gona, magsasaka at residente ng Sitio Lantik, Brgy. Pangpang, West District, Sorsogon City dahil sa seven counts of rape.
Sa bisa ng arrest warrant, dinakip ang suspek ng mga tauhan ng PRO5 Sorsogon City PPO at Lagonoy MPS, sa pamumuno ni P/Col. Arturo P. Brual, Sorsogon Provincial Director.
Ayon kay Estomo, “We treat the serving of justice fair and square. Let this be a loud warning for those who still hope to escape from the price of their crime. There is nowhere to go but behind bars.” (JESSE KABEL)
