BINAGO ng Inter-Agency Task Force ang mga panuntunan para sa Green Lanes para sa international arriving passengers epektibo Oktubre 14, 2021.

Sinabi ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque na para sa mga fully vaccinated foreign national, ang negative RT-PCR test ay required na isagawa sa loob ng 72 hours bago ang kanilang departure mula sa bansang kanilang panggagalingan.

“Upon arrival, no facility-based quarantine will be required but the passenger is enjoined to self-monitor for any symptoms until the 14th day. On the other hand, for fully vaccinated Filipinos,

they can choose facility-based quarantine until the release of a negative RT-PCR test taken in the quarantine facility upon arrival, or no facility-based quarantine after getting a negative RT-PCR test within 72 hours prior to departure from the country of origin but the the passenger is enjoined to self-monitor for any symptoms until the 14th day,” ayon kay Sec. Roque.

Para naman sa mga unvaccinated, partially vaccinated, o indibidwal na ang vaccination status ay “cannot be independently verified,” at iyong mg bakunado subalit nabigong mag-comply sa test-

before-travel requirements, kailangan sumailalim ang mga ito sa facility-based quarantine hanggang maipalabas ang negative RT-PCR test na isasagawa sa pang-5 araw.
Sa kaso naman ng foreign nationals, required ang mga ito na kumuha ng hotel reservations “for at least 6 days.” (CHRISTIAN DALE)
