PBBM NAKORNER SA ILLEGAL DRUG USE ISYU – ATTY. TRIXIE

“Actually, I understand they’re ignoring it because, in fact, it is difficult to deal with. How would he answer that? Either way, he’ll have to admit to previous drug use or he will lie,” ani Cruz-Angeles.

“When he talks about it, and then it will open up: are there any repercussions to previous drug use? That now becomes a health issue—a health issue is a matter of public concern. So, their position is really difficult. And ignoring it might be the answer for them right now,” ayon kay Angeles.

“There are so many loopholes. You mean to say, a P13 billion worth of shabu haul that only one person is carrying? No backup, no motorcycle in front, and he even intentionally went to the checkpoint?” pahayag ni Dr. Lorraine Badoy, kaugnay ng nasamsam umanong multi-billion peso na ilegal na droga sa Alitagtag, Batangas.

“For us Filipinos, listening to this President talk about drug addiction, about the drug menace, when he himself has not submitted to a drug test that we’ve been clamoring for. What’s your moral authority to talk about this problem? Nobody believes you!” dagdag niya.

“Unless the issue snowballs and people start clamoring for it. And if it becomes loud if they are shaken and then refuse to acknowledge even the question, it will now become a matter of his own security—the security of his tenure,” aniya pa.
