NAGPAHAYAG ng paghanga ang isa sa mga kinikilalang haligi ng banking industry sa umano’y nagawa ng Bureau of Customs (BOC) sa gitna ng pandemya.
Ayon kay Atty. Philippine National Bank (PNB) Chairman Federico C. Pascual, wala mang direktang mandato kaugnay ng kalusugan, nagawa pa rin nitong makapag-ambag ng malaki sa pagtugon sa mga programa ng gobyerno kontra COVID-19.
“BOC’s achievements led by the Commissioner’s efforts would have been more appreciated were it not for the COVID-19 and Pharmally distractions. Nonetheless, BOC appears to be the primary shining light among the operating departments of the government. I hope the next administration will be cognizant of BOC’s performance and keep up the good work with constant communication with the private stakeholders,” ani Pascual sa isang maikling mensahe.
