“It will then proceed along Commonwealth Avenue and Quezon Avenue. The end point of the Quezon City part of the BBM-Sara caravan is Welcome Rotunda at the city’s boundary with Manila,” ani Defensor.
“BBM and Mayor Sara are hugely popular and enjoy wide support in Quezon City and Metro Manila,” deklara ni Defensor.
Sinabi ni Defensor na unang plinano na magkaroon ng gathering para kina Marcos at Duterte sa Quezon City Memorial Circle (QCMC) partikular na sa Plaza Aurora “But we abandoned that in favor of joining the caravan after the city government gave us the runaround in our application for a permit for the gathering. They effectively rejected our application”.
“The city government acted as if they own QCMC, which is a public park that is owned by the people,” dagdag pa ni Defensor na masama ang loob dahil pinayagan umano ni Mayor Joy Belmonte ang political event ng kanilang kapartidong si Vice President Leni Robredo sa QCMC subalit tinabla ang grupo ng ticket nina Marcos at Duterte.
Anthony Peter “Onyx” Crisologo (first district), Precious Hipolito-Castelo (second district), at Allan Reyes (third district), Councilor Marvin Rillo (fourth district), businesswoman Rose Lin (fifth district), at dating Rep. Vincent “Bingbong” Crisologo (sixth district).
