“It echoes the whitewashing line of President Duterte that, if at all, only Pharmally and its officials are involved in anomalies – the scapegoat,” paglalarawan ni House deputy minority leader Carlos Zarate sa inilabas na ulat ng committee on good governance and public accountability na nagsusulong sa paghahain ng kasong kriminal sa anim na corporate executives ng Pharmally.
Michael Aglipay.
“Meanwhile, following the Duterte line, it absolved the IATF, DBM, DOH and officials like Sec. Duque,” ani Zarate kaugnay ng kanilang pagbawi ng lagda sa committee level report.
“Upon review of the draft Committee Report on the motu proprio investigation on the procurement of Medical and Health supplies for COVID-19 response, and based on consultations with the healthcare sector workers and colleagues in the Makabayan bloc, I have decided to change my vote to the said Committee Report to “No”,” ani Rep.
“The report is very fair and very thorough. In fact this morning the Makabayan bloc represented by Cong Gaite in our committee voted yes to the report but only changed his vote this afternoon after five hours upon pressure from Rep. Caloy Zarate,” depensa ni Aglipay.
Giit ni Aglipay, walang sapat na ebidensyang magdidiin kina dating economic adviser Michael Yang at dating PS-DBM chief Christopher Lloyd Lao at iba pang opisyales. (BERNARD TAGUINOD)
