DESISYON VS DENGVAXIA CASE ILALABAS NA NG DoJ

DEDESISYUNAN na ng  Department of Justice (DoJ) ang ikalawang batch ng kasong isinampa kaugnay sa pagkamatay ng mga estudyante na naturukan ng   anti-dengue vaccine na Dengvaxia.
Tinapos na ng panel of prosecutors na pinamumunuan ni Senior Assistant State Prosecutor Susan Dacanay, ang pagsasagawa ng preliminary investigation at idineklarang  submitted for resolution.
Ang ikalawang batch ng reklamo ay inihain ng Public Attorney’s Office (PAO), noong October 15 bunsod ng pagkamatay ng mga estudyante na sina Roshaine Carino, Christine Joy Asuncion, Clarissa Alcantara, Erico Mendoza Leabres, Christine Mae de Guzman, John Paul Rafael, Michael Tablate, at Naomi Nimura.
Kabilang sa mga inireklamo ay sina dating Health Secretary Janette Garin at mga opisyal ng Department of Health (DoH) na sina Dr. Vicente Belizario Jr., Dr. Kenneth Hartigan-Go, Dr. Gerardo Bayugo, Dr. Lyndon Lee Suy, Dr. Irma Asuncion, Dr. Julius Lecciones, Dr. Joyce Ducusin, Rosalind Viianzon, at Mario Baquilod.
Nahaharap ang mga respondents sa patong patong na kasong  reckless imprudence resulting to homicide sa ilalim ng Article 365 ng Revised Penal Code; torture resulting in the death of a person in violation of Section 4(ii) and (14) in relation to Section 14(a)(1) at (5) ng Anti-Torture Act of 2009; torture committed against children in violation of Section 15 of the Anti-Torture Act of 2009; defective product in violation of Article 97 in relation to Article 100, in relation of Article 107 ng Consumer Act of the Philippines; at mislabeled product in violation of Article 89 in relation to 95 of the Consumer Act of the Philippines.
Anumang araw ngayong Pebrero ilalabas ng DoJ ang resolusyon.
