Kabilang sa trusted build process ang “compilation of the final, verified source codes into executable, machine-readable programs”.

“You can’t just change something without modifying the source code. And once you change the source code, you need a new trusted build to generate a new version of the program. That’s also what the law requires, any change to the code must go through this process. If we don’t, we risk violating the Bangsamoro Electoral Code,” pahayag pa ni Garcia.
