TRUE belief is the source of great comfort. True belief leads to peace, kapayapaan sa kaibuturan ng ating pagkatao.
Although believers still could experience trials, troubles, and persecutions.
No exceptions, Christian is in troubles, trials, worries and etc. but that is temporal. If that happens to you, then alalahanin natin ang sabi ng Panginoong Jesus, he commands us, “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me.” (John 14:1)
Ang tanong friends, we say we believe in God, but do we really? How far does belief go? Ito ba ay tunay natin pinaniniwalaan at isinasabuhay?
‘Yun bang ating pananampalataya ay nakapagbabago ng ating mga buhay? Na pwede nating sandigan ang promises of Lord God and his words?
Halimbawa, “I entrust your favor with all my heart be gracious according to your promises.” (Psalms 119:58)
More of promises, actually the bible gives us a lot of promises. If we believe we can overcome trouble in our heart.
To cite some of them, Jesus said, “My peace I give unto thee, it’s a peace that the world cannot give.”
“Come onto all yeah labor and heavily laden and I’ll give you rest.”
Here is another interesting comforting word although I mentioned there are really a lot of promises in the Bible. John 14:1 “Let not your hearts be troubled. Believe in God; believe also in me.”
Jesus reminds us, “That is why I tell you not to worry about everyday life. Whether you have enough food and water and clothes to wear. Isn’t your life more than food, and your body more than clothing? Look at the birds, they don’t plant, harvest or store in barns, for your heavenly father feeds them. Aren’t you far more valuable to Him than they are?” (Matthews 6:25)
Book of Isaiah 60:22, “At the right time, I, the Lord, will make it happen.”
“When I make a promise, that promise is true. It will happen.” (Isaiah 45:23)
Do not forget to receive Jesus Christ as your own personal Lord and Savior and thou shall be saved. (giv777@myyahoo.com)
