PORMAL nang naisilbi ng House Committee on Justice ang notice na nag-uutos kay Vice President Sara Duterte na magsumite ng tugon sa dalawang impeachment complaint laban sa kanya.
Ipinadala ang notice sa tanggapan ng Office of the Vice President sa Cybergate Plaza sa Mandaluyong City.
Batay sa rekord ng Kamara, natanggap ng OVP ang notice alas-10:44 ng umaga noong Marso 5, 2026.
Ang dokumento ay pirmado ni House Justice Committee chairperson Gerville Luistro.
Sa notice, inaatasan si Duterte na magsumite ng Verified Answer sa loob ng 10 araw mula sa pagtanggap ng dokumento.
“Failure on your part to file the Verified Answer within the period herein provided shall be deemed a waiver of your right to file the same, and you shall be considered to have interposed a general denial to the allegations contained in the Impeachment Complaints,” nakasaad sa notice.
Kalakip ng dokumento ang kopya ng mga impeachment complaint laban sa bise presidente.
