IPINALABAS na ng Task Force COVID Shield ngayong Martes ang listahan ng mga taong papayagan makalabas ng kanilang tahanan sa panahon ng enhanced community quarantine sa Kalakhang Maynila simula Agosto 6.

Sa virtual press briefing ni Presidential spokesperson Harry Roque, sinabi ni task force commander Police Lieutenant General Israel Dickson na ang mga employers at manggagawa ng essential manufacturing, establishments, services, at industries ay papayagan na makalabas ng kanilang tahanan.

Kasama rin sa authorized persons outside residence (APORs) ang mas maraming tao na may important appointments, ibang vocations, at emergencies.

Ang listahan ng APORs ay ang sumusunod:

Employers at manggagawa na may kinalaman sa manufacturing ng mga sumusunod:

*basic foods products, essential products medicine at medical supply at ang buong value chain ng essential at hygiene products, medicine at vitamins, medical products gaya ng PPEs, masks, gloves, at maging ng pet food.

*feeds, fertilizers, pesticides

*equipment o produkto na kailangan para sa construction work

Employers at mga manggagawa ng mga sumusunod na establisimyento:

*retail establishment gaya ng supermarkets, convenient stores, public markets, pharmacies, bicycle shops, water refilling

*food preparation gaya ng sa takeout at delivery services

*media establishments

*hotel o kahalintulad na establisimyento na naga-accommodate ng overseas Filipino workers

*healthcare workers at iba pang empleyado

*printing establishment na awtorisado ng Bureau of the Internal Revenue

* lahat ng iba pang establisimyento na kailangan para sa pagbili at pagbenta ng consumer goods o services via internet

Employers at manggagawa ng mga sumusunod na services:

*hospitals at medical clinics, dental clinics, at iba pang health clinics

*laundry shops

*food preparation at water refilling stations

*logistics service providers

*power, energy, water, internet service providers, cable television providers, IT at telecommunication supplies at facilities

*delivery services

*essential at priority construction projects

*public at private financial service providers na may kinalaman sa distribusyon ng government grants at amelioration subsidies

*water collection treatment and supply

*waste collection treatment and disposal

*sewerage except emptying septic tanks

*repair, installation ng machinery at equipment

*gasoline stations

*electricity at gas supply

*postal at courier services

*real estate

*nagkukumpuni ng computers at personal household goods

*iba pang delivery, repair, maintenance, housing at office services

*funeral at embalming

veterinary

*technical testing at analysis

*security and investigation

*rental and leasing maliban na lamang para sa entertainment at mass gathering purposes

*employments

*public transport providers ay operators

Employers at manggagawa na may kinalaman sa mga sumusunod na industriya:

*agriculture

*fisheries

*forestry

*mining at quarrying

*electronic commerce companies

*export oriented companies

*business process outsourcing companies “within work from home” , onsite or near site accommodation, point to point arrangements

*money transfers banks, capital markets

*microfinance institutions at credit cooperatives

*shipping ‘

*airline

*healthcare workers at iba pang empleyado

“printing establishments  na awtorisado ng BIR

Ang iba pang APORS:

*mga opisyal at mga empleyado ng lahat ng ahensiya at instrumentalities ng pamahalaan kabilang na ang GOCC at LGUs

*health at emergency frontlines

*mga opisyal at empleyado ng foreign diplomatic missions at international organizations

*outbound at inbound international passengers at drivers

*delivery personnel ng cargo vehicles “with or without load”

*mga empleyado ng critical transportations facilities

*construction workers credited ng DPWH na nagta-trabaho sa quarantine-related facilities at government  infra projects

* iyong mga bumibyahe para sa medical o humanitarian reasons

*pastors, priests, imams, o religious ministers na ang trabaho ay may kinalaman sa pagsasagawa ng necrology at funeral rites

mga indibidwal na “preferably” 21 hanggang 59 taong gulang na na makabibili ng essential goods at services

*teachers, professors at iba pang staff

*mga abogado na nagbibigay ng legal representation
