DALAWANG illegal drug personalities na kabilang sa Unified PNP/PDEA watch list, ang nadakip sa isinagawang anti-narcotics operation ng Philippine National Police sa koordinasyon ng Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, sa Gov. F. halili Road, Brgy. Muzon, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan.

Ayon kay CSJDM PNP chief, Lt. Col. Ranny Lumactod,bandang alas-12:10 ng madaling araw kahapon, nagkasa ng buy-bust operation laban kina Jennifer Lopez y San Pascual alyas “Madam”, 44, (Unified PNP/PDEA watch listed), at Ernesto Padilla y Policarpio alyas “Poste”, 56, (Unified PNP/PDEA watch listed).

Sa ilalim ng PDEA Coordination number 10004-092022-0444, inilunsad ng mga tauhan ni Lt. Col. Lumactod ang joint anti-illegal drug operation sa pangunguna ng  Intel/ CDEU operatives (lead unit) na pinamumunuan ni P/Lt. Reynaldo Bayan Jr., SOU 3, PDEG, sa Gov. F Halili Road, Brgy. Muzon.

Nahuli sa bitag sina Lopez at Padilla nang bentahan nila ng shabu si P/Cpl. Aaron Daniel De Leon na umaktong poseur buyer.

“Arrested suspects were informed of their constitutional rights. Markings and inventory of confiscated pieces of evidence were witnessed by barangay officials, DOJ and media representatives,” ani Col. Lumactod.

Ang nadakip na mga suspek at nakumpiskang droga ay dinala sa Bulacan Forensic Unit for Laboratory and Drug Test Examination, habang inihahanda ang kasong paglabag sa Art. II, Sec. 5 in relation to 26, and Sec. 11 ng RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002). (JESSE KABEL)
