“Let us all support our people’s interest in culture and the arts through scholarships and grants and enhancement training. Let us empower as they join the center of world-class Filipino artists in the fields of music, voice, dance, theater, and written and visual arts,” nakasaad sa mensahe ni Pangulong Marcos na binasa ni CCP chairman Jaime Laya.

“I also exhort all of us to bring culture, the arts, and the creative industry down to the loneliest barangay in the country,” dagdag na pahayag nito.

Aniya pa, nakahandang tumulong ang Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Department of Science and Technology (DOST), at Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) “to develop and promote the creative industry through innovation and financial support.”
