ECQ EXTENDED HANGGANG ABRIL 30

KINUMPIRMA ng Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF-EID) na in-extend na ni Pangulong Rodrigo Roa Duterte ang Luzon-wide quarantine hanggang 11:59 p.m. ng April 30.

Sinabi ni Cabinet Secretary Karlo Nograles na layon ng Pangulo na magkaroon ng sapat na panahon sa pamamagitan ng pag- extend ng enhanced community quarantine sa Luzon ng hanggang Abril 30 para mapigilan ang pagkalat ng coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Aniya, tinanggap ng Pangulo ang rekomendasyon ng IATF-EID na palawigin pa ang enhanced community quarantine sa luzon.

Kagabi, araw ng Lunes, Abril 6 ay sinabi ni Pangulong Duterte na pabor siya na i-extend ang Luzon-wide quarantine ng hanggang Abril 30.“Provided, that all exemptions granted by the Office of the President or the IATF shall continue to be in effect for the duration of the extended ECQ,” ani CabSec Nograles, na pinagbasehan ay ang resolusyon ng IATF na ipinasa nito sa nasabing araw.

“Provided further that such extension of the ECQ shall be without prejudice to the discretion of the President to relax the implementation of the ECQ in some local jurisdictions, or the granting of exemptions in favor of certain sectors, as public health considerations and food security may warrant.”
