BOC-NAIA, NAGLUNSAD NG TRAINING

NAGLUNSAD ng training ang Bureau of Customs–Port NAIA (BOC–NAIA) at ang SGS Philippines Inc. upang mapaghusay pa ang “quality service” ng ahensiya sa mga negos­yante, Customs brokers at sa publiko, sa pangkalahatan.

Ang pagsasanay na inilunsad nitong Hunyo 16 ay ginabayan ng Multi Sector Advisory Council (MSAC).

Ang training na online ang pagdaraos ay pinamagatang “Training Seminar on Customs Best Practices”.

Ang mga dumalo ay ang mga kawani ng BOC – NAIA, CMEC, Customer Care Center (CCC), Public Information Office (PIO), Office of the District Collector at mga kinatawan ng iba’t ibang yunit ng BOC- NAIA.

Ito ay pinangunahan ng mga kawani ng MSAC ng BOC-NAIA, partikular nina Maria Melita Belicena (Consultant for Certification Services of the of SGS Philippines, Inc.) at Marivic Briones (President of the Federation of Airport Stakeholders of the Philippines, Inc.), sa pamamagitan ng SGS trainers na sina Dana Grace Rutilla (Manager for Productivity and ESG Services) at Roger Villanueva (Director for Certification and Business Enhancement Services).

Ang naganap na training ay bahagi ng Performance Governance System (PGS) ng BOC – NAIA upang maikintal ang “best practices and finest standards necessary in executing and sustaining its roadmap to reform”.

Idiniin ni BOC – NAIA District Collector Carmelita Talusan ang “importance of the training in support to the 10 PPP of Commissioner Rey Leonardo B. Guerrero”.

“The Bureau of Customs-NAIA remains committed in building a stronger bridge between the government and the public through the promotion of outstanding customer service and improving its processes towards best practices to serve national and public interest”, banggit pa ni Talusan.
