ARESTADO ang isang bigtime drug personality sa ikinasang operasyon ng sanib-puwersang Armed Forces of the Philippines at Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency na nagresulta rin sa pagkakasamsam ng shabu na tinatayang isang kilo sa Barangay Porog, Pualas, Lanao del Sur.
Ayon kay Lt. Gen. Corleto Vinluan, Jr., commander ng Western Mindanao Command, “The troops of the 55th Infantry Battalion and Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency-BARMM conducted a joint buy-bust operation which resulted in the apprehension of Romie Diamillah Hadji Alawi, a.k.a. Ali, 48, resident of the same province.”
Sa impormasyong ibinahagi ni Lt. Col. Franco Raphael Alano, commander ng 55IB, isang bigtime drug dealer si Alawi.
